Light And Shade

The aim of realist photographer is to show the light and shadow and surface tones. That’s what I was attempting at… I don’t think I even got close to what it should have been… but putting it up anyways for my colleague Nandini Arora, who pretended very hard to be at work while I was clicking it.

Nice pic, I love the sombre shades. Since u probably know more about photgraphy that I do - would u agree that B&W always makes ppl look better than colored snaps? Just compare a b&w madhubala with a colored one from the new Mugale azam.
what cam did u use for this?

hi tiya
I agree with you. B & W definitely is a better option. It not only make people look better but also gives that nostalgic and mystical feel to the picture that makes you preserve it for a long long time. Well, for my camera - i clicked all the pics in this blog with my cellphone Nokia 6670.
